Holzworth HSM series of RF synthesizers offers an expanded selection of bandwidth extensions, further improved phase noise performance, SPI communications, and MTBFs that are greater than 200,000 hours. AccuCAL output power subsystem and calibration routines provide amplitude accuracy of ±0.25dB; from +10 dBm down to as low as -70 dBm over the entire synthesized bandwidth.
