Transistor Library Expands

Modelithics, Inc. announced plans to expand the highly-demanded Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library of high accuracy non-linear models for Qorvo transistors. The current GaN library version (v21.4.5) includes a total of 82 models containing 59 packaged power models, 17 GaN die power transistor products and 6 small-signal models. The expansion will now add more than 20 new high-power Qorvo GaN transistor models to the library.
