Amplifier
RFMW announced support for NXP’s BGA6130, a single stage MMIC amplifier offering 1W (30dBm) output power. Driven from a single, 3.6 V supply, it draws only 70 mA of current. Typical gain is approximately 15 dB and efficiencies >55% are achievable. It features a simple quiescent current adjustment allowing class AB operation and a logic-level shutdown control to reduce supply current to 4 microamps.
