Richardson RFPD announced availability and full design support capabilities for two new 24W Psat (20W P1dB) power amplifiers from Wavelex. The new 50-ohm PAs operate from 925 GHz to 960 GHz, offer high gain, low gain flatness, and high power added efficiency. They are offered in SMA-connector packages and packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex’s WP-1M package.
