Driver Amp
The MMG38151B is a broadband general purpose Class A driver amplifier designed to meet the requirements of all 3G and 4G UMTS BTS amplifiers and general wireless applications operating in the 0–6000 MHz frequency range. At 3800 MHz, its P1dB is 13 dBm and its OIP3 is 25 dBm. It is biased with a single 5 V supply and a supply current of 47 mA, and its RF input and output are internally matched.
