Z-Communications announced a RoHS compliant Fixed Frequency Synthesizer model SFS12000H-LF. It is designed to generate an output signal at 12 GHz while being fixed to an external 100 MHz reference oscillator. This X-Band PLL is further heightened by delivering exceptional phase noise performance of -98 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and -103 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.
