The CMA-62+ MMIC amplifier provides ultra-flat gain across 0.01 – 6 GHz in a tiny, 3 x 3 x 1.14 mm ceramic, hermetic, nitrogen-filled case, ideal for tough environments.  15.4 dB gain with ±0.7 dB gain flatness over 50 – 4000 MHz, +19 dBm P1dB, and +39 dBm IP3, make it an excellent candidate for applications such as base stations, portable wireless, CATV and DBS, LTE, MMDS and wireless LAN.
