Richardson RFPD announced availability for a new 22–38 GHz low noise amplifier from M/A-COM Technology Solutions. The MAAL-011111 is a three-stage GaAs MMIC LNA featuring a small signal gain of 19 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. It is ideally suited as a first-stage LNA in multi-receiver applications that require broadband performance with simple bias requirements and ease of volume manufacturing.
