RFMW announced design and sales support for the RFFM6903, a 1W transmit power Front End Module (FEM) for applications in the frequency range of 868 to 960MHz. RFMD developed the RFFM6903 to aggressively reduce the size of front end designs and reduce component count in portable equipment. Reduced component count and size equate to reduced assembly cost and overall solution cost.
