BAW Duplexer
RFMW announced design and sales support for a band 25 duplexer from TriQuint. The TQM963001 is a high-performance Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) duplexer designed to meet the strict CDMA requirements in the PCS extension band BC14 and provide excellent insertion loss (typically 1.8dB), cross isolation and linearity for LTE B25.
