Model SA-80-2JJ is a digitally controlled PIN diode QPSK modulator that operates from 25.5 - 27.0 GHz with a dynamic range of 0, 90, 180 and 270, +/- 10 Degrees. This unit features an insertion loss of less than 10.0 dB with a 1.8:1 V.S.W.R. in 50 Ohms. The supply voltage accommodates up to +/- 5 VDC @ +/- 100 mA with a handling power of +15 dBm CW, 1.0 Watts Max.
