Custom MMIC announced a new driver amplifier, the CMD192C5. It is the packaged version of the highly popular CMD192 amplifier that until now had only been available in die form. The CMD192C5 is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier that operates from DC to 20 GHz and has a positive gain slope versus frequency.
