Model STZ-10-I1 is a W Band full waveguide noise source. It is a silicon IMPATT diode based, solid state and employs high performance diode and priority circuit design to offer nominal 12 dB ENR with extreme flatness in entire waveguide bandwidth from 75 to 110 GHz.
