RFMW, Ltd. announced support and availability of TriQuint Semiconductor's TAT8804D1H ultra-linear GaAs amplifier MMIC intended for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications where flat gain and low distortion are key considerations. This 12V power doubler features 21 dB gain at 1200 MHz with a P1dB of 34 dBm.
