Switch
Two models of ultra wide band miniature PIN switches cover the entire 1.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency range. The SPST and SP2T are both absorptive types and deliver in excess of 70 dB isolation while maintaining VSWR better than 2.0:1. Their fast sub 100 nanosecond switching time makes them suitable for applications including EW systems, communications, radar, and the microwave test bench.
