Component Models

High-accuracy models for Mini-Circuits components are now available for free download from the Modelithics website. The new models include those for surface-mount RF low-pass and high-pass filters (LFCN and HFCN series), RCAT and YAT high-frequency attenuator families, and three X-Parameters-based amplifier models. The filter and attenuator models are substrate scalable, and all models are currently supported in Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS).
