Custom MMIC’s CMD214 is a 24 to 36 GHz (output) active x2 frequency multiplier in die form that accepts input signals in the range of 12 to 18 GHz and provides output to the second harmonic (24 to 36 GHz) at a level of +17 dBm. Isolations to the fundamental and third harmonics are greater than 32 dBc and 25 dBc, respectively.
