Model SFH-12SFSF-A1 is an E-Band balanced harmonic mixer especially designed for Keysight’s spectrum analyzer series. The mixer employs high performance GaAs Schottky flip chip diodes, balanced configuration to produce superior RF performance. The required LO frequency range is 3 to 6.1 GHz and power is +16 dBm, which translates the harmonic number 18 and resultants IF frequency around 1 GHz.
