The CMD163 is a 17 to 27 GHz low noise amplifier in die form. It has a gain of +24 dB, a noise figure of less than 1.3 dB, and an output 1 dB compression point of +19 dBm across the 17 to 27 GHz bandwidth. It utilizes an all-positive bias scheme, eliminating the need for negative voltages and expensive sequencing circuitry.
